Check brake operation

If no clear pressure points are perceptible:

Checking the front brake pad thickness

Checking the front brake pad thickness

Checking the front brake pad thickness

If the wear indicators are no longer clearly visible:

WARNING Dropping below the minimum pad thickness

Reduced braking action, damage to the brake

 

Checking the rear brake pad thickness

Checking the rear brake pad thickness

Checking the rear brake pad thickness

If the wear marks have been reached:

WARNING Dropping below the minimum pad thickness

Reduced braking action, damage to the brake

 

Checking brake fluid level of the front wheel brake

WARNING Insufficient brake fluid in the brake-fluid reservoir

Considerably reduced braking performance caused by air in the brake system

 

Checking brake fluid level of the front wheel brake

NOTICE The brake fluid level in the brake-fluid reservoir drops due to brake pad wear.

Checking brake fluid level of the front wheel brake

If brake fluid level falls below the approved level:

Checking brake fluid level in rear wheel brake

WARNING Insufficient brake fluid in the brake-fluid reservoir

Considerably reduced braking performance caused by air in the brake system

 

Checking brake fluid level in rear wheel brake

NOTICE The brake fluid level in the brake-fluid reservoir drops due to brake pad wear.
